A Shiv Mandir along with Yatri Bhawan will be built near the Sun Temple at Mattan. Special Secretary Finance K.K Sidha laid the foundation stones of Mandir and Yatri Bhawan. A Large number of Kashmiri Pandits attended the ceremony.
