Defence minister Manohar Parrikar on Monday gave a stinging reply to Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on his ‘dalali’ barb. Attacking Rahul and his party, Parrikar said that the government needs no certificate by political leaders about the bravery of defence personnel.
