Brisk polling is underway in both Jammu-Poonch and Baramulla parliamentary constituencies. Till 11 am 24.66 % polling was recorded. In Jammu region Samba recorded highest with 36% and in Baramulla, Kupwara recorded 19 percent voting. People are queuing up at polling booths along the LoC which is witnessing heavy cross border firing
