Kupwara Police  has arrested three notorious drug peddlers  identified as Majid Rehman of Gundisana Hyhama, Nisar Ahmad Mir of Kanthpora and Atta Mohd Khan of Halmatpor. 37 gms Brown Sugar  also recovered.
