Mother of Raja Nadeem Rather, resident of Ashmuji Kulgam, has appealed him to return home. He has reportedly  joined HM terrorists outfit. Nadeem as per family members is missing from  Mar 27 march. He was student 4th year of  B VSc student at SKUAST
