BJP MLA Lal Singh on Saturday asked the government to bring culprits to book involved in killing of BJP state secretary Anil Parihar and his brother at Kishtwar Killing. Lal Singh different theories are emerging over the killing and now it is the responsibility of the government to bring culprits to book.
