Kashmiri Pandits migrants on  Tuesday protested against the attachment of the deputy commissioner (relief) Kuldeep Kishen Sidha who had issued an order for the registration of Kashmiri Pandits desirous of visiting Mela Kheer Bhawani.

The protesting KP said attachment order is injustice to minority as he was an honest officer working for the  welfare of community

The Jammu and Kashmir government on Monday revoked the notice, which sought details of Kashmiri Pandits visiting Kheer Bhawani temple for an annual fair

The government had relieved  the officer- KK Sidha-  who had  issued notice from the department and attached to the general administration department.

The protesting KPs  said consent form is a routine affair and it’s going on for many years for safety of migrants and there was nothing wrong in it.

“What confidence building measure the minister has taken . It will go against the wishes and aspiration of migrants,” said the protesters
