Former minister Lal singh demanding CBI inquiry in Rassna case, the rape and murder of girl, took out rally in Kathua which was attended by large number of locals .
Lal Singh said he will continue to raise demand for a CBI inquiry for justice to the girl . Former minister said he is fighting for the people of the Jammu.
