Kathua: The next date of hearing in Kathua murder case was fixed on June 29th at Pathankote court . All the seven accused except Juvenile were appeared before the District and session court Kathua returned after attendance in the court. Advocate AK Swahney and Aseem Sawhney lawyer as defense from accused side were present in the court .
The main accused in the case Sanji Ram again project the demands of CBI inquiry and fair inquiry before the media and said that it is choice of Govt to transfer the case to Pathnakot .SPO Deepak khajuria also project the demand of CBI inquiry for fair probe.
The Advocate AK Swhney said he was informed to attend the case at Pathankote as per the order of Supreme Court, but he was informed on the way that case has still not been transferred to Pathankote and hearing is possible in district and session court kathua .
Advocate Sawhney said when the CM has asked for fast track of the case so why no formal order for transfer of case has still not been reached . He said already 30 days have been wasted since the order of SC.
