New Delhi : Minister of State (MoS) in Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) Jitendra Singh on Tuesday said that 95% students appearing in Class 12 board examinations across Kashmir reflects that the state’s youth cannot be taken ‘for granted.’ Nearly one lakh students are scheduled to take the boards, amid heightened security arrangements.
