A patient from Dadoora village around four km from main town Pulwama was carried on shoulders by locals to the near by village Murran as snow was not cleared from Dadora road. Locals voluntarily made a car available to take patient to District hospital. A pregnant lady was carried on cot to a hospital in Keller area of South kashmirs shopian district.
