A 2004 batch KAS officer Sushil Kumar Atri was found hanging at his home at Ansal Plaza in Sainik Colony. He was presently serving as director ICDS and was earlier posted as deputy director tourism Jammu too.
Police said initially it seems a case of suicide but they are investigating other aspects too. Till now, there are no clear reasons for committing suicide.
