The 1999 batch IPS Officer of J&K Cadre S R Samuel died today. The chief minister has condoled the sudden demise of the officer.
The Chief Minister has conveyed her sympathies to the bereaved family of Mr. Sameul.
A condolence meet was held today in memory of Shri S.R Samuel.
S.R Samuel was presently on a deputation to Centre as Joint Development Commissioner MSME.
He passed away this morning after he suffered a massive cardiac arrest at N Delhi.
He had served various important posts which include SDPO Chrar-i-Sharief, ASP Jammu, AD SKPA Udhampur, SSP Leh
The condolence meeting was attended by IGP Kashmir S.P Pani, DIG CKR V.K Birdi, SSP PCR Kashmir Shahid Mehraj, SSP Srinagar Shri Imtiyaz Ismail and other senior officers.
