MoS PMO Jitendra Singh today visited Palli Panchayat near Jammu with a team of Scientists & senior officers from Central Electronics Ltd, Union Ministry of Science & Technology who are working to set up 1st Carbon free Solar village which will cater to 340 houses. It will start operation on the eve of PM Narendra Modi ‘s visit on 24 April.
