Jammu-Srinagar National Highway has been closed, causing significant disruptions to travel, due to a combination of heavy snowfall and dangerous landslides. Reports indicate that substantial snow accumulation between Ramsoo and Qazigund has rendered that section of the highway impassable. No vehicular movement would be allowed on the highway during the day keeping the safety of travellers in mind.
