External Affairs minister S Jaishankar Friday said hardly anyone outside the India knew that Art 370 was temporary. Speaking at World Economic Forum he said there is interest around Kashmir as there is a change . In a veiled reference to Pakistan, Jaishankar said that the entire neighbourhood, minus one, has been a fairly good story for regional cooperation.
