Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressing a public rally in Udhampur said he dismantled wall of Art 370 and dared opposition parties especially congress to restore it. He said if Congress make an announcement to restore the nation will not even see the face of party . People of J&K have shown mirror to these parties.
