DGP Dilbagh Singh said militant Mehran Ali killed in yesterday’s encounter at Rambagh Srinagar was involved in killing of SI Arshad, school principal Supinder Kour and teacher Deepak Chand but unfortunately some people are looking up at them as “innocent”. He said people should stop mixing their imagination with reality.
