There were heavy jams across the Jammu city as Tawi bridge was blocked by Yuva Rajput Sabha activists demanding holiday be declared on birthday of Maharaja Hari Singh. Commuters remained stranded for about two hours. People blame traffic authorities for mismanagement and chaos.
