Panthers Party leader and former MLA Harsh Dev accused the PDP-BJP govt of pursuing Kashmir centric policies . He said while the government was quick to write to PM Modi make an intervention in the incident where two students from state were assaulted in Harayana but the same government has registered an FIR against the army . He said the government is deliberately demoralizing the army.
