Gulmarg: Army Hoists 100- Ft Tall National Flag , Army Commander Says Kashmir “Changing”

As part of 75 years of Independence,  Indian army hoisted 100 feet tall National Flag at Gulmarg in a modest ceremony today. Lt Gen Y K Joshi, Army Commander Northern Command,  who presided over the ceremony, said Kashmir is “Changing”.  He  also honoured the Next of Kin of various soldiers who have made ultimate sacrifice in the service of the nation.
