While the Government is not going to show any leniency towards the employees involved in anti national and anti social activities in J&K besides the deadwood, it will create a mechanism to fill up the 4000 vacant posts lying in various Government departments by March ending this year. This was stated by newly appointed Chief Secretary of J&K UT, Atal Dulloo in an exclusive interview to Excelsior here. He said besides, the Government acting tough against anti national and anti social elements in the administration, the noose will also be tightened on corrupt officials to ensure that administration comes up to the expectations of the people
