Government of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir has decided to prepare dossier of employees, who are participating in strikes in blatant violation of Government Employees (Conduct) Rules. Moreover, departments will be held accountable wherever such strikes are resorted to for inaction on the part of officers.
