CPM leader and former MLA MY Tarigami the Govt Should Have Waited Supreme Court Judgment On Art 370 Before Passing J&K Reservation(Amendment)Bill. Lok Sabha yesterday passed Jammu and Kashmir Reservation (Amendment) Bill and Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Amendment) Bill. SC is expected to give judgment soon on Art 370.
