Govt Higher Secondary School Chandwan, zone Marheen, was renamed after Martyr sepoy Bua Ditta singh, Veer Chakra, G, who has scarifies his life on 16 August, 1948 at Chirri kote in Poonch sector while fighting with Pakistani intruder as Kabaili. He had killed 17 intruders before attain martyrdom.
