Kishtwar: Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Kishtwar Angrez Singh Rana has stopped salaries of the government officials of the district for not constructing toilets in their own homes, despite repeated reminders.
DC in an order said it has sent a wrong message and warned the officials that if they don’t construct toilets with in next 15-day more action will be taken.
