Water filtration plant in Larri Preng in Kangan tehsil of Ganderbal hasn’t been completed even after 12-yr. The construction work started in 2011. The authorities say it can pose water danger to nearby localities. Locals have appealed the authorities to covert it into a sports stadium. The government had acquired 45 kanals for it.
