Batote-Kishtwar Highway was blocked due to landslide and flash flood at Thatri, district Doda. DC Doda said traffic was restored and efforts are on to clear inner connecting roads. The sudden flood, which struck at approximately 3 AM, inundated the entire market area of Thathri. Several residential houses and parked vehicles along the highway were buried under debris.
