Family members of Kulgam youth kidnapped by terrorists have appealed to them release him. Sheraz Bhat, a resident of Laroo, Kulgam, was kidnapped by terrorists last evening. On Oct 21, three terrorists were killed in the encounter. Reports said terrorists were hiding inside the home of Sheraz Bhat.
