Employees Association has termed Rs 11 Wage Hike For DLWs/CLs as Cruel Joke. The Jammu and Kashmir government yesterday ordered the enhancement of Daily Rated Workers, including Casual Labourers, in all Government Departments and those of Municipalities & Local Bodies by Rs 11.
