Former J&K CM and NC vice-president said it is very saddening that the Supreme Court had to issue directions for holding J&K Assembly elections. He said the Election Commission should be ashamed and apologise to the people and it should have decided about conducting assembly polls but it was the Supreme Court which directed the elections should be conducted before September 30, 2024
