DySP Devender Case: NIA Seizes 3 Vehicles As Proceeds Of Terror

National Investigation Agency (NIA) has seized three vehicles as proceeds of terror in the case regarding recovery and seizure of arms & ammunition from Devender Singh, former Dy.SP, J&K Police. According to a press release from NIA, on 15.02.2023, NIA seized following vehicles u/s 25 (1) of the UA (P), Act in the case under investigation of NIA viz RC-01/2020/NIA/JMU. These vehicles were used by accused persons for the furtherance of terror activities in Kashmir Valley: Hyundai i20 Car bearing registration no. JK-03H-1738.
