Jammu and Kashmir deputy chief minister Dr Nirmal Singh condemning the death of three civilians and a BSF jawan in Pakistan firing along the international border in Jammu sector said the Pak has been consistently indulging in this cowardice act. He said the Pakistan is a terrorist state and it seems that it has not learnt from its deeds of supporting terrorism and violence.
