Police on Sunday claimed to have recovered drugs worth Rs 25 crore along the Line of Control (LOC) in the Uri sector of Baramulla district in north Kashmir.  Rayees Ahmad Bhat, SSP Baramulla said jawans foiled the attempt to pump illegal drugs into Jammu and Kashmir from across the border.  He said around 25 to 30 kilograms of heroin was recovered and handed over to the police. The market value of narcotics is estimated to be around Rs 25 crore.
