The Regional Transport Office Kathua in collaboration with Postal department launched Driving License Postal delivery service in Kathua.
RTO kathua Pardeep Manhas said that on the direction of Transport commissioner driving license home delivery service has been launched in Kathua and MOU was signed with Postal depatt.
He said vehicle registration certificates also be deliver by postal service in coming days
