Delhi police arrested an accused, Raju in Jammu, which police said is involved in the death case of ex J&K MLC Trilochan Singh Wazir. Delhi police said they disclosed that four persons were present during the incident on 3rd Sept, where Wazir was shot dead. The victim was given sedatives with food.
