Late Ab Quyoom Khan S/o Shamshudin khan R/o Gundsena Hyhama, Kupwara had seved in Army Sevice Corps of Indian Army for 17 years and was presently serving in DSC in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
On 19 September 2021, at the young age of 37 years, Ab Quyoom Khan lost his life to Cardiac arrest while on duty. He leaves behind his parents, wife, two sons and a daughter.
The mortal remains reached Gundsena on 21 Sep 21. Indian Army took part in the Janaza Namaz, wreaths on behalf of GOC and all ranks of Vajr Division were laid and National Flag was handed over to the father.
