The dead body of co-pilot Jayant Joshi was recovered during a rescue search operation in Ranjit Sagar Dam Basohli. The body of pilot Lt Col A.S. Baath was recovered on Aug 15. The Dhruv helicopter from an Army Aviation Corps squadron based at Pathankot had taken off on a routine sortie on August 3, when it crashed into the reservoir near Kathua in the Jammu region
