Polling in 28 constituencies of district development council in Jammu and Kashmir is being held today for 8 phase and final phase . 285 Panch and 84 Sarpanch seats will also witness voting Polling being held for 13 seats in Kashmir and 15 in Jammu division 168 candidates in fray in last leg of the elections.
