Jammu: DC Excise Jammu caught red handed by Vigilance Organisation Jammu while accepting bribe of Rs two lacs from a army Colonel. 2001 batch KAS officer Sayed Muried Shah, resident of Poonch, was under transfer to JDA. According to sources, the colonel’s father had a bar and for renewing the licence he had demanded the bribe. The army officer had filed a complaint with the vigilance.
