Due to the tensed situation between India-Pakistan, the cross LoC bus service registered a decrease in the number of passengers. For instance out of a list of 23 people, only 4 have availed the bus service to see their relatives in Pakistan. People from both the sides cited fear and hesitation as the main reasons for the decrease in the number of people travelling.
