Police said as per preliminary investigation terrorist outfit Hizbul Mujahideen had shot dead Cong leader Ghulam Nabi Patel at Rajpora chowk in Pulwama on Wednesday.
Police said the leader was coming to Pulwama and it seems terrorists were tracking his movement .
