The chief minister Mehbooba Mufti Sunday addressing police personnel in Reasi said the J&K residents are victim of tit-for-tat policy pursued at highest level by India and Pak. Mehbooba Mufti said the people of border areas need development and best possible opportunities not bunkers, which suggest we are going back to medieval times.
