Apni Party President Altaf Bukhari on said situation in Kashmir is normal but some people have gone “mad” who are indulging in civilian killings. Two Punjab residents were shot dead by unidentified militants on Wednesday evening in Srinagar’s Shalkadal in down town. He said killings can’t termed as situation is abnormal. Bukhari said society has to unitedly expose these rouge elements.
