Bhupinder Singh, Block Development Council Chairperson (BDC) was on Wednesday shot dead by suspected militants in Khag area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district. According to reports BDC chairman left his PSOs in police station Khag and left ancestral home alone without informing Station House Officer khag. The area was cordoned off by the security forces.
