Rooftop of Boys Government Degree College Anantnag on Friday collapsed resulting in damages to building and loss to crores of rupees.
The construction of college building was taken up by Department of Roads and Buildings and its allied agencies in 2017. As per official sources 7 crore of rupees have been spent on construction work so far.
