BJP spokesperson Anil Gupta today said the State Administrative Council (SAC), which met under the chairmanship of Governor, Satya Pal Malik has given approval to the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (Amendment) Bill, 2018 and the Bill is aimed at making Development Councils of Leh and Kargil more empowered to exercise administrative and financial powers to fulfil the aspirations of the people living in the remote areas of Ladakh region.
