Bear and a cub have been captured by a team of wildlife department in Srinagar on Monday. The wild bear had created fear and authorities now say all schools can function normally. They were captured after 21 hours non stop operation when a Black Bear spotted was yesterday in Rajbagh area who has been tranquillised.
