Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir police inspector general (traffic) Basanth Rath said if he will notice offenders one driving car valuing Rs 8 lakh and other driving Rs 25 lakh SUV, he will first book the offender driving costly vehicle.
Rath in a press conference at Srinagar he is trying to bring behavioural change and will not spare anyone how much politically well connected or wealth they might be.
