Mother had to go acute labour pains and delivered baby on way to hospital as staff at primary health centre allegedly provided ambulance quite late.
Her attendants said they reached hospital Aboora kunzer area of Baramulla district to get ambulance but alleged no staff member was present except for the guard who called the ambulance driver. The driver allegedly sent some one late and it consumed precious important time. Authorities said doctors are not available in night but if there is some negligence an action will be taken .
